- crucio 6y agoInterestingly he is vegan. Many people I know that follow a plant based diet look suspiciously younger than the norm (I get the same comments often too). Causation or correlation - who knows.
- SketchySeaBeast 6y agoProbably can't chalk it to that - I mean, Keanu Reeves is ageless as well and he's not.
- subsubzero 6y agohaha yup!, I feel like all the people I know who look relatively young for their age don't eat a ton of meat or processed foods, also are extremely active both physically and mentally with work or other endeavors. Sitting around watching TV doing nothing in retirement is a sure way to early death.
