This might be true in some markets. In the LA market, my friends who were using the "wait a few years" strategy have been very, very disappointed.
- tormeh 6y agoThe market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent, as the saying goes. Looking at fundamentals is not enough. Short and medium term price prediction is fundamentally an exercise in psychology.
