- gonzo41 6y agoHow often do you use the word inchoate when speaking? I think writing is hard for those who's effect can be summed up as individual contributor. The moment you have to work in teams with a head count greater than 1m writing and effective communication become important. It's just people don't really lean into it like programming. They payoff has a slower feedback mechanism.
