My bet is that passive entertainment in VR will never catch real traction. Beyond gaming, entertainment will continue to be passive leisure. There is really no point for me to look around when I'm watching something other than the thing I'm supposed to watch. I don't want to miss out on some detail in a movie because I wasn't facing the right direction.
