Ask HN: Are you using DigitalOcean Spaces in production? Is it slow/down often?

I think if you're on DO, it's quite nice to be able to use DO Spaces since it's an S3 compatible object store with a built in CDN and it's about $5 / month to get started. But everything I've read online says the service is very spotty. There's either routine slow downs (everything being served by it is delayed), or there's very frequent downtime. Usually everything else on DO is amazing, so I'm wondering if they have improved this service and perhaps some of these reviews are from too long ago in the past. If you're using it in production, what has your experience been like with it for the last 6 months or so?
