Seems like it's 95% the default example, 4% real code/content and 1% nsfw ascii art.

As far as I know, it is not posted there unless you actually do it yourself, pressing the "Tweet" button. You can also get a link if you choose "Export -> Open". It will open a new window/tab with the URL of the generated image.
