Here's my response to a similar sibling comment https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23126109 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23126109 Please tell me which of Damore's recommendations amounted to opression. I see "we can make software engineering more people-oriented" and "allow those exhibiting cooperative behavior to thrive". Nowhere do I see anything even remotely comparable to Nazi treatment of jews or denying women the right to vote. In fact his suggestions attempt to improve the workplace satisfaction of women.
