Probably premature/overconfident to ask this, but ... for founders with families willing to move if we get funded, is it hard to find a good place to rent? What areas/neighborhoods are best? (would prefer as south as possible) We are down in San Luis Obispo, 3.5 hours south ... is working from here and commuting up for meetings out of the question?
