Eh... I still wouldn't recommend adding it to new projects. Why add a new framework that's mostly just a synonym for the standard browser functionality? I'm certainly not going to suggest you stop using it if you've already pulled it in (like you said, it's pretty tiny these days), but most times I just don't think it's worth it. More so if you're not already familiar with it.
