They posted: "Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan, #China," I agree this was not very wise from the WHO to post this, but China refused any other investigations so the WHO had to rely on information from China.
