It's also an anonymous report, not a code review, with the evidence presented being some graphs produced with no idea the author had any idea they knew what they were doing. Pretty ironic that the author says "this situation has come about due to rampant credentialism and I’m tired of it" - but implies they know what they're talking about because they used to work at Google.
