It's such a simple principle, yet it is discarded so easily by those who dislike the threat to their political preference. This whole ordeal has made me zoom out - to realize that the very real issue of harassment and assault is simply being used as a political tool. It's quite sad, honestly. Believe everyone, or no one. As for myself, I'll always listen. But without evidence, I'm not ready to convict in the 'court of public perception'. This applies equally to Kavanaugh, Biden, Trump, etc.
