There aren't any as far as I know (if you're asking for actual real life code), WinUI 3 is still very alpha stage. The first actual release is going to be later this year with .NET 5.0 release. Even then, we won't know for a while as most devs aren't likely to switch on day one since it will have to be justified from current working stable codebase.
