  For the 4 months before COVID-19 shelter in place, I was working on a paper about remote intimacy and proxemics, as a lot of the work I'm doing on Buttplug has really interesting implications in digital proxemics. Shelter in place started a week after I turned the paper in for publication. Now I feel like I was just staring at the sun for months, and am trying to figure out how to deal with what I thought were projections being realities. It's pretty fucked up.
