This, I think the gov should allow some businesses to attempt to operate but sad truth is a lot of people won't return to public spaces initially especially when we are still peeking cases. I'm not going to pay to go to a movie theater or gym for a while.. I really don't want to fly, can you imagine traveling to another country and getting stranded or having to be sick and having to navigate the local medical system. - I think these things are going to have long lasting effects. Furthermore it's going to be a seasonal thing with ebs and flows forever. Which means that no matter what it's hard to solve.
