How would the legal system look if it was inspired by a materialist worldview? I'm not sure that it would change much from how it is set up currently.
- yters 6y agoI don't think the notion of a legal system makes sense within materialism. The idea of law is that there are universal rules that everyone is individually responsible for following, and are punished if they do not.
