I had the insanity of a consultant living in Maryland, working for a company HQ'd in Washington, visiting development centers in California, and with a contract governed in California, needing to create a company so we could be 100% clear of AB5, and rehoming the renewed contract out of Washington, just so we could satisfy a bunch of HR pencil necks.
