They do have one-and-done pills that are MASSIVE, but they, from my friends' advice really screw with you even more than the normal stuff. Note: DON'T drink while being treated for malaria. The parasites hide out in your liver, and the drugs shut it down further. 1/3 of a pint and you're spinning like a freshman during welcome week.
