Alaska airlines has already taken measures of blocking off middle seats and aisles on smaller planes. If you try and purchase a seat right now, the airline tells you:
- All middle seats on large aircraft are blocked for purchase through 5/31/20.
- All aisle seats on small aircraft are blocked for purchase through 5/31/20.
I do wonder if this will continue base the end of may though.
- RandomBacon 6y agoMakes sense, but they should allow middle seats it if they're buying three seats and one or more of them is for children.
- zacherates 6y agoFrom the email sent to Alaska milage plan members: "If you’re a family or large group who wants to sit together, feel free to make the request with reservations or at the airport." ... so, if you talk to a person when you check in they should be able to sort it out for you.
