Play music, where no one can hear you if possible Get a sketch book and a set of sketch pencils. Draw things you see, birds trees... don't show them to anyone, do it for you. or paint set. take an art class. Buy a trail bicycle and go for a ride on a trail in the wilderness. You get the idea. . .
