This will probably have some impact on him getting more jobs as a VP at FAANG corps, haha. I know a guy who, when he left Amazon, sent an e-mail to about 5,000 people parodying the scene from Half Baked where the guy curses out his coworkers and quits. Amazon's HR was furious with him, but all that came of it was that they didn't give him severance pay. He didn't have any higher purpose in quitting either, he just wanted more money and to work on something more interesting somewhere else. Apparently he's on some sort of blacklist within Amazon, but he's been doing fine at another FAANG company for years.
