Are you sure?! That is not a 'research paper'. There are no claims to results, no literature review, no methods, no abstract, no conclusions and no references. It is at best a review, and not an academic one. I'm not trying to disparage the author. He's put a decent chunk of work into wrapping his head around the situation and shared with the world. More power to him. It's just that the output doesn't read like a research paper, or an academic review.
