This in my opinion is just a bailout acquisition from Intel to Moovit, made to make Intel look more innovative in the face of a stagnating processor division while bailing out Moovit from bankruptcy.
- fred_is_fred 7y agoIf that's true why not wait a few months and buy it for say $100M? Maybe it's not as splashy for Intel if they do that.
- ksec 7y agoIntel Capital ( VC arm of Intel Crop ) is one of the early investor of Moovit.
