I Use it to manage my personal backlog (work and personal goals boards) and as a note-keeping replacement (lots of templates for meeting summaries, daily meetings, one on one etc). I have a daily page that summarizes all of my tasks for today (from all of my workspace) professional and personal and I start my day looking at this board. I think Notion is very good for this purpose. I had no luck trying to convince my organization to transform from Atlassian tools towards this unified solution.
