Surely some kind of middle ground is possible? Something like, "student loans aren't dischargeable for 15 years after you receive them." That would eliminate the possibility of a quick "tactical bankruptcy" after college, while also allowing students who made an unwise financial deal when they were 18 not to spend their whole lives paying off debt.
