What’s wrong with a corporate death sentence in the event of such egregious mistakes? There must be a severe enough punishment in order for a company’s risk department to take things seriously.

- WhyNotHugo 6y agoExactly. There's not right and wrong for companies if there's never any _real_ risk. If people had to just pay a small fine and go on with their lives for misdeeds, we'd see people hijacking sports cars every day.
