- tpmx 6y agoI'm well aware of this Rust-based research project. (I thought you were talking about something new. Those pages are 3-4 years old, btw.) None of this parallelization has found its way into mainstream Firefox afaik.
- gsnedders 6y agoStylo shipped a long time ago now, in Firefox 57. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Oxidation#Rust_Components https://wiki.mozilla.org/Oxidation#Rust_Components has a list of what Rust has shipped within Firefox, though most of it has been motivated by safety guarantees rather than parallelism.
