I do. Electric cars are already better for a lot of urban/suburban lifestyles. A few tech improvements will make them so much better that many ICE cars in these areas will have negative utility. Tons of high-quality used cars will hit the market, driving the price close to zero, and eliminating the new ICE market (why buy a $30K new ICE car when you can get a used ICE car that's almost as good for $5K?).
