Anecdotal, but the F500 company I'm at has already said they expect WFH to be a staple of company life moving forward, even after this is all over, mainly because it's been so successful. They did not expect productivity to stay as high as it has. Certainly this will vary from company to company and who knows if it was just upper management blowing smoke in this case, but I do feel like the overall outcomes will be positive for those of us who want more flexible work arrangements.
