State incompetence at all levels.
- vkou 7y agoWhat makes you think that to be the cause? Surely, in a country with over four thousand state, county, and major city governments, there have to be a few who are competent. Voters across so many different regions, across so many different levels of government, can't be so consistently incapable of electing competent officials. There has to be more to this.
