Well reading/writing level are going down. Anyone who thinks, just because they've graduated from some famous college are going to absolutely obliterate competition in business are wrong. You need a language which most of your customers can easily understand and most of the times those who come from outside of the industry but have superior knowledge of language make fool of themselves. This is as someone who doesn't know much about English but have built a company for English speakers.
