- fizixer 6y agoWhat I'm asking is not unlike how society works. The law of the land is publicly available and it's a right of every citizen to know the rules that they're expected to abide by. If someone reads all of the law and finds and exploits loopholes, did they really commit fraud? or is there something wrong with the law that needs to be fixed?
