1) Typically I don't like when sites force me to open things in new windows, which happens when I click job postings.
2) The Tell a Friend image seems cluttered, have you tried aligning it to the right?

- ffumarola 16y agoYeah, perhaps that is just me and people I associate with, but most people nowadays seem to understand how to open links in new tabs.
