Windows phone had this feature first and I remember it was my go to feature to impress iphone and android users with, together with the low light ability which was comparable to the iphone X at the time of the iphone 5 (on lumia 920). I went from a lumia 950 to an iphone se (first gen) and the decrease in photo quality and featureset was dramatic. Too bad windows phone 10 was such a slow and buggy mess, and microsoft had by that point pretty effectively managed to kill the app ecosystem by rebooting it three times.
