I'm amazed at how many of the respondents on the Amazon forum are taking Amazon's side. That's nuts.

  I was researching another issue we have currently, and saw a bunch of similar topics (funny how these were in the "suggested topics" block =)) I posted a few of these. What you noticed about negativity, I experienced myself on these forums, as well as noticed in all topics I viewed today. Not sure why that happens. Presumably, most if not all of the posters there are sellers facing similar challenges since such issues come up with both big and small sellers.

  It is nuts. Many people on the Amazon forum not only take Amazon's side, but try to shame you and blame you for your situation.
