Ahh... yes. Your somebody's relative's anecdotal proof has definitely put this case to rest. I suggest nobody prose any further questions. Do we know if this person even has a relative? Maybe they have schizophrenia and it's a relative in their head. My anecdotal idea is that it's probably against some fairly serious oath that those who fly "high altitude spy planes" don't disclose that work to anybody... even relatives... Who knows tho, right?
