While I disagree with a bunch of the reasoning you use above, I agree that blanket lockdowns aren’t needed anymore. Seattle seems to be getting out and about now, but people are being super careful and everyone’s giving each other tons of space. I don’t see why that shouldn’t apply in other places too. In a lot of ways the shelter in place guidance is a mental drain more than a real policy in my mind at this stage.
