1/2/3: It could be possible to implement points/notes/snoozes by using (abusing?) IMAP folders to store such information. Ideally such information would live on the server-side such that it would sync between devices (https://github.com/Oxygem/Kanmail/issues/84 https://github.com/Oxygem/Kanmail/issues/84 / https://github.com/Oxygem/Kanmail/issues/85 https://github.com/Oxygem/Kanmail/issues/85).
