It sounds like those tradeoffs make sense for your use case. Personally I find any slowness whatsoever in a phone to be unacceptable because it’s such a fundamental computing device (for me) and because I’m not a highly price sensitive consumer if I’m getting a level of performance that makes it worth it to me. In other words, the market is working as intended, allowing consumers to optimize for the factors that matter to them :)
