I would love to see this. I currently use a Chromebook as my 'around the house' laptop. It's great for that but once you start doing things like installing apps or having multiple users it breaks down fast. For example, the Google Play store app is only accessible by a single account, and apps aren't available across users. So if another user wants to install an app, you have to log out all users and they need to log in as the primary user. It's super annoying.
