Try calling chase. They'll tell you that they'll "call you back". They claimed that they would text me but the texts failed. The guy claimed that "don't worry it's me". I told the guy that if you call me back to "talk about my account/verify me" you're going to be met with a "go fuck yourself". They do not have any protocols to confirm they are who they claim when they call back.
