I've used DigitalOcean (ref link -> https://m.do.co/c/a2a2c0826ff3 https://m.do.co/c/a2a2c0826ff3) to host my Django sites, both with postgresql and sqlite. It will take you some time to figure out how to host it.
Once you a succeed each subsequent time becomes much easier. Plus you get to learn a ton about server management.
