It seems to work like this with most programs that aim to help the little guy: the big guys will take their share. It always happens with tax cuts and it was to be expected with the coronavirus relief. And without doing that any bill will be lobbied to death.
- toyg 7y ago> It always happens with tax cuts You misunderstand. Tax cuts are not something built to help the little guy which just happens to be abused by the big guy too; they are gravy for the big guy that is justified by throwing a bone to the small guy too.
