- majewsky 7y agoWithout commenting on the merits of the article content... > Title has nothing to do with the content You might be misparsing the title in the same way that I originally did. It's not "[this is the] plan for 5 years of lockdown", but "[you should] plan for 5 years of lockdown" which is a correct summary of the position argued by the article.
