Bluntly everyone else of Google's size does significantly better, so people's expectations are reasonable.
Google simply has bad product management propped up by the huge legacy cash pile they have from advertising.
- computerphage 7y agoIt's not exactly "legacy" cash. They make significantly more money each year than in the previous year.
