Also, the keyboard shortcuts work for me to toggle annotation. > ... shortcuts are shortcuts for buttons, not a substitute. Disagree. Shortcuts are for functions of the app, like menu items. There are many menu items in many apps that don't have buttons, but they have shortcuts. I would agree that there shouldn't be shortcuts for 'hidden' functionality.
