Most of all it also leaks what imports need to be done - as in I require this from MSVCP140.dll or MSVCP140_1.dll - like "_CxxFrameHandler4" Again I'm talking about statically linked libraries, linked to the dynamic CRT (MSVCRT - e.g. /MD, not /MT)
