I grew up in India where slightly above poverty level means an altogether different thing.
- ugh 16y agoWell, ok :) I was viewing it from an overly western perspective. Countries like India or China are especially interesting, they might be able to leapfrog certain developments in Europe and North America, i.e. take a different path altogether.
