I wonder if after COVID-19 more companies will realize having remote people is viable and be open to offer more remote positions (I'm looking at you FAANG, unicorns, etc.)
- deedubaya 6y agoI doubt it. Distributed work forces being successful is more of a top-down way of management than anything. Also, COVID-19 remote work is not normal remote work. Lots of other stressors and distractions. So the taste might not be a good one.
