    Good point. Game theory requires some understood rules and a set of participants, as do any market. Game theory provides a good explanation of the current state given the rules of the game and its participants. The rules could easily be different if participants behaved differently. Executive comp levels go against the needs of shareholders, who would otherwise benefit from the money being invested in the company or distributed back to themselves. Game theory can provide insights as to how Gresham’s Law’s effects might play out, and how sticky the stasis will be in any market that has only bad currency.
